Core Collection 2.0: 'BREAK BARRIERS'

We set out to create a collection with all riders in mind.

A big part of Thrive’s mission has always been to break down the invisible walls between action sports.

Through the ideation for this drop, we talked with riders from each community, ran a survey, and really tried to understand what people are looking for. Not just in products, but in the culture around them.

While we were figuring out how to visualise that mission, we landed on the cracked glass graphic Cory put together. You’ll see it across the products and all the imagery in this collection. That graphic became the symbol of what Break Barriers is about: bringing riders together from every corner of the skatepark, no matter what you ride.

The energy behind this collection is simple... togetherness.

Because at the end of the day, we’re all chasing the same feeling. The only difference is the wheels under our feet.

So next time you’re at the park, say what’s up to the homie on the scooter, the girl shredding the skateboard, the fella pedalling the BMX, or the rider tying up their skates. We’re all one big community.
